Regarding the circumferential deformation characteristics of spinning, the product achieves excellent isotropic performance through coordinated control of rolling and annealing processes, with a thickness anisotropy coefficient r ≥0.75 and a radial-to-circumferential performance difference ≤5%. Deformation is uniformly transferred during spinning, and the finished product wall thickness deviation can be controlled within ±0.03mm, avoiding excessive local thinning and forming cracks. The grain size is stably controlled within ASTM 6-8 standards, resulting in a uniform and fine microstructure. After spinning, the surface has a high smoothness with no obvious orange peel texture, allowing direct entry into subsequent processes such as polishing and anodizing.
1050 aluminum circles use large-size ingots from DC semi-continuous casting as raw materials. They undergo high-temperature homogenization annealing for over 12 hours to eliminate component segregation, combined with large-deformation hot rolling and precise cold rolling reduction control. Finally, low-temperature long-time annealing achieves full recrystallization, resulting in an internal residual stress release rate ≥95% and performance fluctuations of the same sheet material ≤2%. Before leaving the factory, the products undergo multi-stage degreasing, cleaning, and edge finishing, with surface oil residue ≤5mg/㎡, no burrs or flash on the end faces, and a surface roughness Ra≤0.6μm, allowing for direct feeding and spinning, reducing pre-processing steps for customers.
In actual mass production scenarios, the ultimate spinning ratio of 1050 spinning aluminum circle can reach 3:1. Most conventional depth-spun parts can be formed in one step, eliminating the need for intermediate annealing processes, increasing production efficiency by over 30%.
